A dedicated ‘supervisor’ account joins selected rooms with administrative privileges, providing oversight and control across your deployment. This account is visible to all end users to ensure transparency and accountability.
Server administrators can seamlessly impersonate the ‘supervisor’ account via Element Admin . This allows them to create, structure and manage chat hierarchies across the organisation without disrupting normal user activity.
